Our Technical Customer Service is always there for you, first and foremost with practical knowledge and experience to help you make the most of G-Print. You may have questions about back pressure, ink coverage, drying powder or book binding – this is where you get your answers.
 
The TCS team is also responsible for market intelligence – keeping an eye on what’s going on, analysing the technical development in the graphic industry, following market trends and gathering and processing graphical information that can have an impact on our product and our operations.
 
This is also where you turn if something didn’t come out like you expected, and you believe that the paper is a factor. Claims and complaint issues are handled by the TCS team.
